No Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@turquoisesilver.co.uk with photos of the issue.

Because we do not accept returns, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstance:

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the rare cases where an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
